Host Family Terms And Conditions
A) I/We hereby state that all information provided in this application form is truthful and correct, and I/We permit LAC - Language Achievement Canada to contact my references and/or obtain a police background check, upon request (at host family's expense).

B) I/We agree to abide by LAC - Language Achievement Canada's policy of one student per family, except upon request by an LAC Homestay Coordinator.

C) I/We agree not to host a student from another organization during the same period that I/We host the LAC student, without notifying an LAC Homestay Coordinator at least 4 weeks prior to the other student's arrival.
